The stallion Cooper II by Clarimo (DE421000160719) participated in the licensing of the Verband der Züchter des Holsteiner Pferdes e.V. in Neumünster from October 28-30, 2021 and received a positive licensing decision.
In the course of the licensing event, the mentioned stallion was subjected to an official medication control. The sample taken was evaluated and showed a positive result.
According to § 29 para. 2.2 of the statutes of the Verband der Züchter des Holsteiner Pferdes e.V. (Association of Breeders of the Holstein Horse), the stallion must be "free of any influence" for admission to the licensing and for the licensing itself. Since it is an unauthorized drug according to the list (Appendix II) and implementing regulations of the respective valid LPO (Part C Legal Regulations - FN Anti-Doping and Medication Control Rules for Equestrian Sports - ADMR), the positive licensing verdict will be withdrawn according to § 29 Para. 4.5 of the Statutes of the Association of Breeders of the Holstein Horse e.V.
