Under the articles of the Holsteiner Verband, the breeding district assemblies must be held once a year at least and in the first quarter.
These assemblies must nominate the candidates for the board elections scheduled for February of 2021. Only candidates with a minimum breeding district approval rate of 50 percent are eligible.
Since the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, the interim board has agreed to remain in office longer than originally scheduled. But now it is time to elect a permanent board in order to continue to actively shape the future of the Holsteiner Verband.
Should the current lockdown continue beyond 10 January 2021, the breeding district assemblies must be conducted as hybrid, or, if necessary, online-only events. Naturally, this does not apply to breeding districts which have already nominated their candidates for the board. Information on the procedure will be available as soon as possible on the Holsteiner Verband website.
