The foal inspection and registration commission was a guest in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde breeding district for two days. A colt by Diamant de Semilly out of a Larimar daughter (breeder: Günther Fielmann, Schierensee) and a colt by Vigado out of a Cascadello I daughter (breeder: Detlef Reimer Jennings, Bendorf) qualified for the State Foal Championships in Elmshorn on August 20. Among the fillies, a daughter of Piece of Cake out of a dam by Kasanova de la Pomme (breeder: Günther Fielmann, Schierensee) and a daughter of Conthalou out of a dam by Quinar (breeder: Peter Domenus, Borgstedt) qualified.
