After a 14-day training period in Elmshorn, 18 mares passed their station test at the Holsteiner Verband. Twelve of them achieved a score of 8.0 or better.
Dierk Groth and Peter Rauert acted as judges and assessed the performance of the horses, which had previously been trained on the Verband's premises under the direction of Alexandra Bitter.
The best result of the round was achieved by a daughter of Vingino out of a Cascadello I dam, line 8568, bred by Cristina Trauffer from Switzerland. The highest score of 10 was awarded four times: For willingness to perform/handling, rideability (both in training and in the external rider test) and for free jumping (training). With an overall score of 9.33, this mare came top of the field. A daughter of Charaktervoll HV also achieved an overall score above 9: The mare (MV. Candillo), line 1155, was bred by Lone Wollesen/DEN and excelled especially in free jumping with a score of 10 (training and judges/final test).
