Eleven jumping stallions and 19 dressage stallions competed in a sport or performance test (short) in the Niedersachsenhalle in Verden.
The five-year-old Culiko EB finished the three-day event in Verden with the highest final score of the entire test round for the jumping stallions. The son of Casall was bred and registered by Evi Bengtsson from Itzehoe and was also presented by her in the sport test part II. Equipped with a good canter (8.6), very good jumping ability and equally good rideability (both 8.8), the black and bay stallion from the 6786 line left a corresponding overall impression (8.7). With an 8.5 for jumping ability, Culiko EB received a weighted final score of 8.68. Like his half-brother Cultino EB (by Casaltino), who also took part in the test, Culiko EB is out of the mare Ulika by Colman, with whom Evi Bengtsson became German Show Jumping Champion in 2005. Cultino EB by Casaltino was presented in Verden by Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and was rewarded with a rideability score of 9.0, among other things. His final score: 8.57 - the second best result.
Django Diamond by Diamant de Plaisir I-Cassini I, line 5401, was the best of the three four-year-old candidates in the sport test part I. He achieved the highest score for his jumping ability (8.5) and a final score of 8.13. He was bred, exhibited and presented by Viktor Birkenheier from Werne.
