Eight three-year-old or older stallions were presented in Elmshorn today to the commission, which consisted of Stephan Haarhoff, Horst Klaus Heleine, Carsten Lauck and Christian Thoroe. Four stallions left the Fritz-Thiedemann-Halle with a positive judgment.
The traditional April licensing began for all stallions with the inspection on hard surface before the three-year-olds proved themselves in free jumping. The quality of the basic gaits and the rideability of the stallions born in 2020 were then tested under saddle. There was also a performance under the saddle for the dressage-focused candidates. The older stallions, who can boast of international successes in advanced level jumping, completed a course.
